Affiliate disclosure

Runbook pays its hosting bill with affiliate banners. Some links on this site, including links to partners such as GoHighLevel, ElevenLabs and other software vendors, are affiliate links: click one, buy a subscription, and the vendor pays this site a commission. Your price does not change. Occasionally a partner link carries a longer trial or a partner deal, which makes your price better, never worse.

This disclosure is made in line with the United States FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent UK, Canadian and Australian guidance.

The wiring that keeps money out of the editorial

• Affiliate links live in clearly labelled banners and the tool directory, never inside the body of a build. The gate that checks every article before publish rejects a sheet carrying an affiliate link, a product CTA, or free-trial steering in the copy.
• A partner program only gets a banner for a tool the desk has run on a paid account or researched in depth. Signing an affiliate agreement earns a vendor nothing else.
• "The part that breaks" stays in every build regardless of partner status. No commission has ever bought that section out, and none will.
• Outbound partner links route through a /visit/ redirect (older pages still use /go/, which keeps working) and carry rel="sponsored", so search engines read them for exactly what they are.
• Prices and plan details get re-checked on a schedule and date-stamped in the sheet.
